Florida Second Half Pictures Link to pictures We're back We got back home yesterday (12/28) and we're setting back in to things and adjusting back to the frigid weather. It snowed and accumulated about 5 inches while we were away and so we were greeted to covered driveway. My snow thrower was grumpy and wouldn't start and so we were saved by a random drive-by offer to plow our driveway by Chip from our landscaping company. We were welcomed home with 6 degree temperatures. Awesome! NOT. Anyways, here are pictures from the second half of our trip. We spent 3 full days up in Orlando staying at one of the Disney resorts called The Contemporary. While there we visited Universal Studios (which was amazing!), Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, as well as Animal Kingdom. The mornings are overcast but are very quickly burnt away by the rising sun. Our trip down was easy and for the first time we were without any car seats or boosters - we opted for a toothpick stroller and so getting thru TSA pre-check security was a piece of cake, especially at 5am in the morning. We’re here with my parents, uncle Kevin, along with Brandon, Yvonne, Jaron, and Rowan. Marc and Jen are rooted in Houston taking care of their new baby Emilia, born on December 1st. What have we been up to? Swimming, putting, baking, Star Wars movie, & dinner with the Paretta’s as well as the Zhang’s. Brandon (dai bak) has also been keeping the kids busy with his ukulele playing bug-house chess. Despite taking so many pictures over the course of the year, it is still really difficult to find a picture with everyone in it smiling and crystal clear.
