5 Annoying Things About Kira

In no particular order:

1. Her great distain for going to sleep - She always puts up a fight when going to sleep!  And she is getting more and more persistent about not going to sleep!  A few days ago she cried for an hour in her crib before falling asleep.

2. Throwing - sometimes she throws things out of frustration; other times she throws things just because she feels like it.  Sometimes I make eye contact with her after she's thrown something heavy and she looks at me as if to say "I felt like it"

3. Playing with shoes - I have issues with this because shoes are dirty!  I walk into public bathrooms with my shoes.  Kira loves to touch shoes, put them on, and carry them around the kitchen.  I just bought an over-the-door shoe holder, but when I put it on the door, the door doesn't close.  Trevor needs to help me think of a solution for that thing.

4. Possessiveness over her bubbles - Kira was introduced to bubbles at a BBQ about a month ago.  Since then she has developed an obsession over them!  (It was her first two-syllable word!)  Whenever we go out into the yard, she seeks them out.  Once she has her hands on them, she won't let go, even when I warn her she's going to spill the bubble solution all over herself.  Then when she finally lets me open it for her, she grabs the wand and gets bubble solution all over her face (from trying to blow bubbles), and clothes, and shoes.  Sometimes it gets on the patio floor where Logan steps in it and tracks it all over the place.

I'm done with bubbles.  No one is allowed to buy Kira bubbles anymore!  

5. "Jah Jah" and "bug" - Ever since I taught her these words, she uses them ALL THE TIME.  Jah jah is chinese baby talk for "dirty".  She finds the smallest specks of dust, dirt, sand...anything!  She stops me from what I'm doing and drags me over to the spot and tells me jah jah.  And, she's not satisfied if I just ignore it.  She insists that I do something about it!  I do like to clean up dirt, but some of the spots she finds are just random marks on the floor, or divots in the wall.  Random stuff.  

Kira is afraid of bugs.  She tells me whenever she sees a bug...which turns out to be quite often if she is looking out the patio doors.  It gets annoying after the 100th time.
